开发者工具（英文名 Developer Tools，下称“本 App”）重视你的隐私。本隐私政策说明本 App 在你使用网络诊断、网页调试、二维码、局域网实时传输、速记、广告和 App 内购买等功能时如何处理信息。
本 App 不提供账号注册或登录系统。除你主动使用相关功能、系统权限或第三方服务外，我们不会要求你提交姓名、身份证件、通讯录、精确住址等信息。
本 App 不会主动收集你在调试输入框、局域网传输或网页调试功能中输入的内容。请注意，若你主动将内容发送到目标网站、API、局域网设备或第三方服务，相关内容将由对应接收方处理。
2. 我们处理的信息
2.1 你主动输入或导入的内容
你可能会在本 App 中输入或导入域名、IP 地址、URL、HTTP 请求信息、JSON、HTML、JavaScript、文本速记、二维码内容、图片或文件。相关内容仅用于完成你发起的功能，例如格式化、解析、预览、调试、复制、保存或传输。
部分网络查询或诊断功能可能需要把你输入的域名、IP 地址、URL 或查询参数发送到对应网络服务或目标服务器，以完成 DNS、Whois、网页源代码、测速或连接测试等操作。
2.2 局域网实时传输
实时传输功能会在你的设备上启动本地 Web 服务，使同一局域网内的浏览器能够传输文本、图片和文件。该功能用于你主动发起的本地传输，不需要注册账号。
临时上传的图片和文件会保存在 App 缓存中，并在传输会话结束、你清理会话或系统清理缓存时删除。请仅在可信局域网中使用此功能。
2.3 速记和本地记录
速记内容、历史记录、部分设置项、去广告解锁状态和功能缓存可能保存在你的设备本地，用于展示历史、恢复编辑、减少重复操作或保持购买状态。除非你主动分享、复制、传输或使用网络相关功能，这些本地记录不会作为速记数据上传到我们的服务器。
2.4 系统权限
本 App 可能在你主动使用对应功能时请求以下系统权限：
- 相机：用于扫描二维码或相关图像识别功能。
- 照片：用于选择图片、保存二维码或保存处理后的图片。
- 本地网络：用于局域网实时传输。
- 剪贴板：用于你主动复制或粘贴内容。
- 位置、蓝牙、日历、提醒事项、媒体资料库等权限：仅在你使用相关调试、检测或系统能力测试功能时，由 iOS 按需弹窗授权。
你可以随时在 iOS“设置”中管理或撤回这些权限。拒绝权限可能导致对应功能不可用，但不影响其他无关功能。
2.5 广告、分析和崩溃信息
本 App 使用第三方广告、统计分析、社交分享或稳定性相关 SDK，包括 Google Mobile Ads、友盟相关 SDK 以及系统提供的 Apple StoreKit。根据你的设备设置、地区、授权状态和第三方 SDK 配置，这些服务可能处理以下信息：
- 设备标识符、广告标识符或实例标识符；
- 粗略位置信息、设备型号、系统版本、语言、网络状态；
- 广告展示、点击、关闭、转化、防作弊和频次控制数据；
- App 使用数据、性能数据、崩溃数据和诊断数据；
- 你主动使用社交分享时交给目标平台处理的分享内容。
这些信息用于展示广告、统计功能使用情况、改进稳定性、防止欺诈、处理社交分享或完成购买。第三方服务对数据的处理同时受其自身隐私政策约束。
2.6 App 内购买
永久去广告购买由 Apple StoreKit 处理。我们不会获取你的完整银行卡号、支付卡安全码或 Apple 账户密码。本 App 会保存购买解锁状态，并支持通过 Apple 恢复购买。
3. 我们如何使用信息
- 提供、维护和改进本 App 的工具功能；
- 完成你主动发起的网络查询、网页调试、格式化、扫描、保存、分享和局域网传输；
- 展示、限制或移除广告；
- 处理 App 内购买、恢复购买和售后支持；
- 定位崩溃、性能问题和异常行为；
- 遵守法律法规、平台规则和安全要求。
4. 数据共享与第三方服务
我们不会出售你的个人信息。为实现本 App 功能，我们可能在必要范围内与以下类型的服务共享或由其处理信息：
- 广告服务：用于广告展示、衡量和防作弊；
- 统计分析和崩溃诊断服务：用于了解功能使用和提升稳定性；
- 社交平台：仅在你主动调用分享功能时处理分享内容；
- Apple：用于 App 分发、系统权限、App 内购买、退款和恢复购买；
- 你主动访问或测试的目标网站、API 或网络服务。
5. 数据保留与删除
我们仅在实现相关功能所需的时间内处理信息。局域网传输的临时图片和文件通常在传输会话结束后删除；速记历史和本地设置保留在你的设备上，直至你主动清空、卸载 App 或由系统清理。
第三方广告、分析、支付或平台服务的数据保留期限由对应服务的隐私政策和你的账号或设备设置决定。
6. 安全
我们采取合理措施保护本 App 处理的信息。但互联网传输、本地网络传输和设备存储都无法保证绝对安全。使用网络调试、局域网传输或网页预览功能时，请确认内容来源和网络环境可信。
7. 儿童隐私

8. 你的选择与权利

1. Overview
Developer Tools (the “App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use network diagnostics, web debugging, QR code tools, Live Transfer on a local network, Quick Note, advertising, and in-app purchases.
The App does not provide account registration or login. Except for information involved in features you actively use, iOS permissions, or third-party services, we do not ask you to submit your name, government ID, address book, precise home address, or similar information.
The App does not actively collect content you enter in debugging fields, Live Transfer, or web debugging features. If you choose to send content to a target website, API, local-network device, or third-party service, that content will be handled by the corresponding recipient.
2. Information We Process
2.1 Content you provide or import
You may enter or import domains, IP addresses, URLs, HTTP request information, JSON, HTML, JavaScript, quick notes, QR code content, images, or files. This content is processed only to perform the feature you request, such as formatting, parsing, previewing, debugging, copying, saving, or transferring.
Some network lookup or diagnostic features may send the domain, IP address, URL, or query parameters you provide to the relevant network service or target server in order to perform DNS, Whois, source-code viewing, speed testing, or connectivity checks.
2.2 Live Transfer on your local network
Live Transfer starts a local web service on your device so a browser on the same local network can transfer text, images, and files. This feature is initiated by you and does not require an account.
Temporary uploaded images and files are stored in the App cache and are deleted when the transfer session ends, when you clear the session, or when the system clears cache data. Use this feature only on trusted local networks.
2.3 Quick Note and local records
Quick Note content, history, some settings, Remove Ads unlock status, and feature caches may be stored locally on your device to show history, restore text, reduce repeated actions, or keep purchase status. Unless you actively share, copy, transfer, or use a network-related feature, these local records are not uploaded to our servers as Quick Note data.
2.4 iOS permissions
The App may request the following iOS permissions when you actively use the corresponding features:
- Camera: to scan QR codes or use related image recognition features.
- Photos: to choose images, save QR codes, or save processed images.
- Local Network: to provide Live Transfer.
- Clipboard: to copy or paste content at your direction.
- Location, Bluetooth, calendars, reminders, media library, and similar permissions: only when you use related debugging, detection, or system capability test features, and only after iOS asks for authorization.
You can manage or revoke these permissions in iOS Settings at any time. Denying a permission may make the related feature unavailable but does not affect unrelated features.
2.5 Advertising, analytics, and crash information
The App uses third-party advertising, analytics, social sharing, or stability SDKs, including Google Mobile Ads, Umeng SDKs, and Apple StoreKit. Depending on your device settings, region, consent choices, and third-party SDK configuration, these services may process:
- Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or instance identifiers;
- Approximate location, device model, system version, language, and network status;
- Ad impressions, clicks, closes, conversions, anti-fraud signals, and frequency-control data;
- App usage data, performance data, crash data, and diagnostic data;
- Sharing content that you actively submit to a target social platform.
This information is used to deliver ads, measure feature usage, improve stability, prevent fraud, process social sharing, or complete purchases. Third-party processing is also governed by the relevant third party’s own privacy policy.
2.6 In-app purchases
The permanent Remove Ads purchase is processed by Apple StoreKit. We do not receive your full payment card number, card security code, or Apple Account password. The App stores the unlock status and supports restoring purchases through Apple.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App’s utility features;
- Complete network lookups, web debugging, formatting, scanning, saving, sharing, and Live Transfer actions that you initiate;
- Display, limit, or remove ads;
- Process in-app purchases, restore purchases, and provide support;
- Diagnose crashes, performance issues, and abnormal behavior;
- Comply with legal requirements, platform rules, and security obligations.
4. Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal information. To provide the App’s features, information may be processed by or shared with the following categories of services when necessary:
- Advertising services, for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention;
- Analytics and crash diagnostics services, to understand feature usage and improve stability;
- Social platforms, only when you actively use a sharing feature;
- Apple, for App distribution, system permissions, in-app purchases, refunds, and purchase restoration;
- The websites, APIs, or network services that you actively access or test.
5. Retention and Deletion
We process information only for as long as needed to provide the relevant feature. Temporary Live Transfer images and files are generally deleted after the transfer session ends. Quick Note history and local settings remain on your device until you clear them, uninstall the App, or the system removes them.
Retention by third-party advertising, analytics, payment, or platform services is governed by the relevant service’s privacy policy and your account or device settings.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information processed by the App. However, no internet transmission, local-network transfer, or device storage method is completely secure. When using network debugging, Live Transfer, or web preview features, make sure the content source and network environment are trusted.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is designed for development, testing, and network utility scenarios and is not directed primarily at children. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us using the information below.
8. Your Choices and Rights
- You can deny or revoke optional iOS permissions;
- You can limit ad tracking or manage privacy permissions in iOS Settings;
- You can clear Quick Note history, end a Live Transfer session, or delete local data;
- You can restore purchases, request refunds, or manage purchase records through Apple;
- You can delete the App to remove local App data from your device.
9. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when features, SDKs, platform rules, or legal requirements change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
